Building Exchange for Disaster recovery

I just started to play with this but maybe some of you guys already have it in place. Building group of server in different locations. Now public folder can be replicated by exchange itself but what about user mailbox ?

Can I use something like veritas replication software and replicated the physical file over to the second server or does exchange have a way to replicate those user over daily ?

How would you replicate each users mailbox ?
