I want to run a Building Block Summary Report on Call Pilot Reporter with the ANI showing when calling an ACD. We current have an Option 81c PBX System 5.5 Rls Software and Call Pilot 4.0 RLS software. Does anybody have any knowledge on how to run this type of report? Any information regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
