I was just told that I could build an ADS block in LD 23 so that my ACD Agts can start using MQA (Multible Queue Access).

How ever I am concerned that I allready have all of my ACD DATA and phones allready built under an SCB block in LD 23. Don't I need to out all my ACD data and phones and SCB block before I build an ADS block in the PBX? I don't have a Meridian Max, just CallPilot, Meridian Mail, Conferance Bridge and Signaling Server. The pbx is at 4.50W software Opt81C.

Should be no problem to implement/delete/change a SCB.
Note that after the change the ACD agents have to log in differently; f.e.: ID#Queue#Queue##

So you don't have to out the existing SCB block in order to build an ADS block in the same PBX?
What about CallPilot acquired agents will they get logged out?
The reason is I don't want to out all of my ACD Data, that will be a huge task, but I don't want to Cause corruption either.
