Building a new table ActiveX control

I wish to build a new ActiveX table control.<br>
The cells of the table will be editable that means that when clicking on one of them you <br>
can edit the content of it.<br>
Also when double clicking on one of the cells <br>
a dialog box opens.<br>

Can you tell me if there is such component and if not , how could i build it<br>
