Building a COM/MTS Server

I'm using Powerbuilder 7.0 and I'm running into the following errors while trying to build a COM/MTS project:
- Compiling of generated GUID Source File failed
- Compiling of PB COM Object Source File failed
- Compiling of PB COM Server Source File failed
- Linking Object files for server failed.

Can anyone please tell me what I'm missing?
