We recently converted to GP9. We are a Citrix PS4 running on a 2003 server platform. I have 1 user who has an issue in 1 company (we have 15) that when she builds a batch it takes 15-20 mins no matter what the batch size is - 10-20 in the batch.
No one else has this issue, nor does she have the issue in any other company. Just the main company. I found the article that pertains to the batch by due date, and made sure that wasnt checked.
Anyone have a clue on how to fix this?
