build server package

we have a problem with building update server package,
when paktotam arivves at gbrspec it have "STOPPED WITH ERROR" and in the gbrspec.sts file we have record read one more than record write.
do you know something about it?

the enterprise server is a UNIX SUN SOLARIS with ORACLE DB
