Build Payables Batch is slow

Building a payalbes batch normally takes a few minutes. Yesterday we had to kill the job a couple of times, and cleared the SY00800 table and now this morning it is stuck again at the same place.

There is an internal customer that we cleared out the payables for, but it is stuck at that customer.

Any ideas? Other reasons it could be slow?

Well, I found some info on Customer Source, and it seemed to convey that it was okay to delete the records for that vendor from the PM20100 table, so I did that and all is good.

We invoice between divisions of the same company, and enter the payables, and it's done this way for several reasons, otherwise a JE would suffice.

So I made a backup and deleted the records and all was good!
There were over 13000 records for this vendor, and only 500 for other vendors.
