Build online web-page using OO Methodology

Hi,

I am doing a web-based project using ASP for client-server
application.

Could anyone kindly advise and explain how should I go about
doing the project using a Object Oriented Methodology?
Including the tasks of each stage..

You should ask the people who want to use it, what they would like it to do. Software is for users. Good software has ease of use and quickness of task, without a lot of key pressing and question answering.

Take a notepad an pencil and talk to them face to face in a quiet place.

Step1. It should do....
Step2. blah blah blah
...
...
Step 10 ...
