Hi,
I need to build a wizard like interface in Access.
I have a form which enables users to insert new records, but I need to step users through the process and validate the info they are typing in.
I order to do so I want to load several screens, that after each step is validated I send them to the next screen.

I now I can have a form with a subform control and load severl subforms for each step, but thats my last choice since I have the main form and there are lots of other modules linked to it.

I was wondering if there is any way yo to it like having Frames.

I tried puting in page breaks and showing each page at a time, but then if users press page up or down it will move to the next section.

Any ideas?

Thanks

You've already answered your own question....

Create a series of forms, each holding some of the data you want to have the users enter. Have users enter some data on form1, validate the data, then close that form and open the next. They enter more data and so on....

What do you need help with specifically??? Is it the moving from form to form??? Keeping the data "together" while moving through the forms???

Thanks for your reply.
I wanted to open several forms but in a wizard like format (like the switchboard).
My problem is that I previusly had a form without the required validation. Now I want to out the validation in, but since the fields on the form are referenced by other modules I don't want to have any new forms, I rather have somthing like a frame in VB that I can load one by one while all the fields are on the same form.

Thanks
