Hi,

I start to work with Report Studio only 3 weeks ago, so my problem is possibly easy to solve but I have some trouble with the grouping funktion of creating sections.

My report contents a master with 3 details, one of the details has a detail too.
In master I have informations about countries and substances. Goal is to get two reports, one should show the information ordered by substances , the other shoud be ordered by countries.

When I build a section (select column Country/substance and click button <CREATE SECTION> ) the report automatically creates the group header and writes the rigth column in it. But I also get the message :"Query being sectioned contained filters that are not applied to the master query created by this section operation. The master query may require filtering to ensure desired data is returned."
Before section I get rows for all Countries/substances that have substances/countries, after section I get a header for EVERY country/substance, even if there is no entry. Thats not what I want!

I played around with taking the grouping from master to master_master ( the query the report builds itself by creating a section), add some columns to the dimension, that should make the connection between master and master_master unique, but nothig I tried have a good effect.

Maybe there is a property to prevent empty grouping headers????

Can anybody help me???

Thanks!
