Bugzilla Install Issue

I was able to run the Bugzilla install ./checkserver.pl with no problems. When i run /testserver.pl

http://localhost/bugzilla

i get the following output:

[root@host bugzilla]# ./testserver.pl

http://localhost/bugzilla

TEST-OK Webserver is running under group id in $webservergroup.
TEST-FAILED Fetch of skins/standard/index/front.png failed
Your webserver could not fetch

http://localhost/bugzilla/skins/standard/index/front.png.

Check your webserver configuration and try again.
[root@host bugzilla]#


When i go to the URL i get:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@localhost.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.


Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can this be a permissions issue?
