BUG822 Code on 81C

Hi There, I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction or decipher the Hex for me. I am consistantly getting the below bug codes throughout the day and I have not been able to figure out which TN they are coming from. I tried using the conv command in LD 32 without success. I believed it to be my agent recording system so I converted all those TN's to Hex to see if I could find a match without any success there either. If any of you folks could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!

ACD supervisor's active CR does not equal the observe key link while in observe mode. Procedure ACD_IO Severity: Minor

It's definitely one of the Supervisor TNs. I would OUT and NEW the one with the most recent DATE, then go from there.

GHTROUT, Thanks for the quick reply. The only issue with outting the New TN is I built 128 SPV ports for our agent monitoring system at the same time. So, I would guess it is one of the 128 and I am having a hard time deciphering what TN it is based on the HEX that is produced as part of the BUG Code. (Basically I am trying to avoid having to rebuild all 128 ports to clear up a issue with one) Any help would be appreciated.
