We're unable to determine if there is any degredation in performance that correlates with these messages. There are a tremendous amount of these reported on the console throughout the day.

We take 5000-7000 calls per day with 26 PRIs.... We're curious as to whether the BUG would correlate with abandoned calls. If it were to be a PRI that failed or had an error.... we could definitely identify that.

At this point we haven't figured out how to correlate these bug6507 messages in any way with abandoned calls... unfortunately the precise time isn't reported with the BUG (or any message for that matter).. on the console.

We'll eventually get around to capturing the output of the interface with something that will provide a timstamp so that we can better correlate the messages with circumstances..

We should also mention that we have a few other things integrated into the network.. CC7, Cisco PGs, Miran, Callpilot.. We're unclear as to where to begin looking..
