I am getting multiple BUG5157 errors on loop 4. The pbx is a 81C running 4.5 with the latest DEP and patches. Any suggestions?

Suggestions include:

1. Disable Loop 4, reseat hardware associated, re-enable
2. INI switch
3. Remove BUG from your TTY port and ignore the errors
