It's our Call Director.....
I did a stat on it and it came back Idle....is there something else I can do?

thats where the bug error is coming from, can't tell you what it is though. if your not getting them to often for get them

We only get that error about twice a day....if it's not really anything bad, I guess I'll just leave it alone.
