I've read this thread because I have the same exact error but I don't see what the solution was. Symposium? Call Pilot? Programming issue on the switch? Can someone enlighten me.

on the bug code you need to define the application that is getting the msg.. in the acd controller for that app, answer mwc yes.. bug goes away..
