in load 32 do a conv on the tn, check that tn for a rcap that is being sent to it.. may be a msg lamp sent to a phone without mwa in class.. any misprogram of that nature will cause that bug/ i can't conv those tn's, looks like they may be in an 11

Do you use Symposium?

If so your system is trying to send a command through symposium to a DN that does not exist in your switch.

You can turn on the ELINK monitor in ld 48 to check the messages coming over and track the DN down.

if it happens and is restricting your ability to call internal or external calls then you have a bad CNI card and it needs to be replaced.

We are not using Symposium and Yes, John you are correct. This is an Option 11C tied to an 81C.

In LD 32 what TN would I be converting? 0 19? Nothing is programmed on loop 19.

This doesn't appear to be restricting in internal or external calls.
