I have a 11c and this message keeps appearing. This may be a seperate issue, but when a call is made to another PBX in the network, the call may or may not go to Call pilot. I have tried to decipher the codes with not luck.

Your first BUG4005 looks like a call from 5111 to 5550 (Possibly and ACD Queue?)
The first BUG115 looks like the call trying to ring an Agent, but is failing.

Your second BUG4005 looks like a call from 4506 to 5550 (Again possibly and ACD Queue?)
Again, the second BUG115 looks like the call trying to ring an Agent, but is failing.

The AUD messages are cleaning up the Call Registers frm those failures.

Is 5550 your CallPilot DN by chance?

Also one more thing. In your system go into LD 32 and issue the commands:

Code:
LD 32

.CONV 1558

.CONV 1550

These should give you the TNs that are being referenced in the first and second BUG115 messages respectively.

This may point you in the right direction.

My guess is you are on v25.40 using Callpilot. I get these error sometimes from analog phones doing something while in voice mail. Vendor tells me to upgrade software on pbx to fix the problem. Says there is no patch for 25.40.

I have looked into a possible patch but since it's a RLS 23.xx switch there is no way of getting one from Nortel. The 5111 and the 4605 numbers are the numbers called from this PBX. If you call 5111 the FDN will send it to the CP and then reorder. If you call dn 4506 it will ring twice and then reorder. I can complete calls via CDP on the same RLI.

911Guru, I can see the 5111 and 4506 numbers but where did you get the 5550 from. I have tried the CONV command with no luck. Is there something I'm missing?

Look in the message below. It is "A555". The number is backwards and the "A" = "0".

Code:
BUG4005
% BUG4005 : 00003F17 0000F7FE 000CA01D 00000607 00000010 00000000 00000000 0 0000
% 0000 00000000 00000000 0 5111 00002004 [u][b]0000A555[/b][/u] 00000000 00000000 00000000 000

You may want to try using Phantoms to CFW anything to CP. That may help.

Cool, you learn something new everyday.

We have steering codes that has the CDN that point's to the 81c that has the Call Pilot. None of the switches are having this symptom. Do you think that may be the problem?

I reloaded the OS RLS 23.18. Even though it corrected some of my other issues I still get both of the Bug System messages. I used the conv in LD 32. both 1558 and 1550 were TN's for the Ties in Loop 2. This is the only T1 that is in this site. Any idea's?
