BUG302 after upgrade to 4.5 1

I get a lot of these after the upgrade to 4.5 anyone know what this is pointing to?

that tn trans will fail ever time, way out of range, i would do and ini if nothing else... switch type? if your in a big switch, scpu to see if the bug follows the cpu.. looks like a patch issue, being a non legal tn, not much we can test, if it;s not side related, then it's going to be a nortel problem

There is a patch for that. I had the same issue a couple a weeks ago when I upgraded to 4.5 and would dial the acdn into the centralized callpilot. The patch is mplr21147.
