Does anyone have ideas on how to get rid of the bug code, it pops up three or fours times a day.

looking at the tn conv might help

? somewhere in that hex are the tn's, someone is calling a number that doesn't have the call type matched ont he far end. usually that type of bug is followed by a customer report. if nothing else i would look at the cdr raw data, maybe the time stamp will see the digits dialed and if that call is not dialable, remove it from your bars..
