I know I saw this before on the forums but unsure if they were ever able to solve the issue. We constantly get "BUG1369" on our Nortel 81c (intergrated to Cisco CallManagers via two T1-PRI Gateways). We look on the loops and B channels on the Nortel Side are "locked" while the Cisco side appears to be idle. Anyone can help?
