The above means the following, 'ACD supervisor’s active CR does not equal the observe key link while in observe
mode. Procedure ACD_IO'

Can someone please shed some light on this one? I want to try and stop the messages coming out but don't understand the procedure ACD_IO!!!

Have used conv in LD32 to find the TN. I think I have but it is a 3905.

Regards Craig

look at your acd supervisor sets, because it's an observe problem, one of them may have a program error.. conv does not help much

Cannot remember which one though but it was an agent set and not a supervisor set. I think I will out and then recreate the agent as well as the supervisor phone and see how that goes.
Pity these bug messages don't give better info!
By the way what does ACD - IO mean?
