We just migrated an Opt 11C to a 1000E 5.5. They have an AT&T long distance circuit. Since the upgrade/migration, every long distance call outbound on the AT&T circuit produces a Bug342 error. The NTP references..

BUG0342 PTN allocation error. TN. The two TNs and their associated PTNs are printed.

Anyone know what PTN is (physical TN?) or how to resolve bug?? They have 7 IPMG's so I am trying to determine if they are experiencing call troubles on all LD calls. Traces have shown that all LD calls, regardless of IPMG, generate the Bug342 error.

Of the 7 calls I looked at quickly, they were spread between 0-1 and 4-1 shelves, therefore using different DSP's on one end. All calls used a 96-DSP on the main cabinet 0-0 (some on 0-0-11, some on 0-0-12, some on 0-0-13).

I am still waiting to do more specific call testing with the customer. They are in DC, so are closed today with the inauguration.

Deff check the patch & loadware there were newer versions from 5 to 5.5
