Problem:
I try to run a free-hand SQL script directly accessing the database, it brings back quite a bit of data. All that happens when I click the run button though, s that BO sorts of hangs there with the 'ANALYZING" message displaying. The progress bar moves about 2 notches after 5 minutes and then the pop-up comes up asking me if I want to generate a new report, or whatever.
Why Does it do this?
How can I fox this to just run the SQL stmt like it does in my SQL navigator?
