Hi, I'm using Accpac 5.6 PU3.

I'm trying to drill down to a bank transfer from the bank reconcilliation screen.
The transfer details it is showing me are from a different bank from 2006.
I then searched for the GL batch generated by the transfer and used the drill down function there - same result.
There appears to be some data inconsistency.
Anyone else noticed similiar problems and know a fix?
Data integrity report did not show any errors.

Are all of your Bank. Rec. to Bank Transfer drill downs incorrect or just some?

The error happens in several banks.
The pattern seems to be the same.
In my list of bank transactions I have one or multiple bank transfers which show me an error when trying to drill down.
Every transfer after that error will show me details from 2006 when trying to drill down.
Transfers before that error are correct.

The error I'm getting is : Drill down information is not available for this record, or you do not have sufficient rights to view drill down information for this record.

I'm logged on as ADMIN though.

I would guess that your drill down information is messed up. When you get that error its because it doesn't link back to an existing transaction not that you don't have rights.

Thanks DjangMan.
Would you know of a way to fix this?

Offhand, no. Is this happening with new transfers then I'd make sure you have the latest service packs installed. You could check data integrity but I wouldn't expect it to check the links. After that it would have to be data repair.
