proc SETLAMPSTATE, PASSED. SSDKEY is greater than 2009,2112 or 2018 last key

this is occurring rather frequently for 2 TNs. Can you help in decoding/ troubleshooting this.

these are 2616 + 1AOM ... nothing special normal set with SCR/SCN and BFS

you might need to out those phones and put them back, code is trying to say you have a mwk above the key number ava for the station type.. but it also sees the station type wronge.. i would build (not copy) a duplicate set, move the jumper and out the old tn.. your right to be concerened, when a switch locks up most techs look at the last commands to see what caused it. i think in a lot of cases, the err/sch/bug codes were using to much ram or cpu and a command such as mov or new 23 was more then could be processed. i had a 81 ini on a out 23 command once, after a reboot and taking care of streaming err codes, the switch is still up 3 years later...

thanks john, i'll out and rebuild those sets from scratch

I had a friend in Chicago that hit me with the exact same question a few weeks ago. After looking at all of the obvious issues, it came to be that the folks doiing the cable plant management had a special test set that was able to emulate the Meridian phones. When they plugged this into digital port jacks on the switch to ID TN's, they were kicking these errors. I didn't get the name of this digital test set they were using, but we did confirm this was the root cause.
