I have a opt 81c. We keep getting the following bug code. I think it has to do with a loop on the switch. But I do not know how to break the code down. Any help would be great Thanks!!!!! :]

It's saying that your loop number is out of range, corrupted software or patch

Would the loop number be 32? If so that is a TDMF Loop on the switch. Would a software patch be needed? Thanks.

NOT SURE, JUST THAT BUG SAYING OUT OF RANGE. HOW MANY NETWORK GROUPS DO YOU HAVE

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

There are 2 network groups. Group 0 and Group 1

Try doing a LD 60 STAT. Look for any Locked Out Channels on the Network Loops. I have seen this BUG code appear when one or two channels on one side of a point-to-point T1 are in a lock-out state but the far end sees the channels as IDLE and available.

There was two channel on a tie line that goes to the Cisco Call Manager that were in a lockout state. It took about a day to get them to go back to a idle state. Thanks for all the help.
