Hi, just wondering if anyone could explain (or tell me where to find discription) of the "buffer transfer has failed" fault. This fault i appearing from time to time in a bc12 7 LIM, on different LIM's. I have seen the flow chart in Alex, and assume this fault is caused by temporary problems in data flow, but I am not quite sure. And where are these buffers, is i possible to adjust the size or any advice of how to get rid of this kind of fault. Thanks, rgds runlun

Buffer transfers come mostly from unstable system links. Do you have remote LIMs in your system?

Yes, there is only two local LIM's, the rest is remote, linked with GS on both IP media and traditional 2MB/s.
So this is in most cases transmission fault on the links?
