Buffer Info Bulk Fetch

Impromptu version 7.0.809.0
SQL Version 2000

Every once in a while our report users receive the following error "Buffer Info passed to Bulk fetch is Invalid". Has anyone else in the past received this error, if so how were you able to resolve this.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
