buffer in line 1 and 2.

Hi,

In one extension I have a "PELPE" and boss-secretary.
The problem is: when they call to this extension and the phone is busy, the call go to de line 2. If the secretary give this call and another call enter, this call not remaining, this call make a "PELPE".
How to make it for the call in the line 1 continue in buffer?
