Trying to upgrade firmware from 1.41 to 1.57 on a TeraStation TS-RXL594. Firmware upgrade to NAS fails with error:
Couldn't confirm a response from Ignas01.
please check a network address of both PC and Ignas01
Please disable the Firewall function if it is working on PC.
Updating is aborted.
Conditions
1. Disabled the firewall.
2. No AV installed.
3. PC with upgrade exe and NAS on same subnet.
4. Everything replies to ping.
Anyone had upgrades fail?
