Hi...
I need a help on how to develop budget variance report in discoverer, I want to create a report listing account , budget , commitments, actual and available fund and I don't know where can I get these information? I tried to get the sql from fund inquiry screen but it seems that these fields (budget , actual, commitment) are calculated fields and they are not listed on the view.

Please HEeeeeeeeeeeeelp...

Thanks in advance...

Try GL_BALANCES (not sure of the exact name). There is a TYPE column (also forgetting its name) that has a value of A for actuals, B for budgets, and E for encumbrances (or committments). Sorry I can't be more help from home, and I'm not much help with Discoverer, but I have a data warehouse that has to interpret the balances table for a similar report.
