BU EX 9,0 problem w/ completed w/ exc notifications

Hi Everyone,
I am running Back Up Exec 9.0 build (I think it is 4454, something like that). I have several users set to receive email notifications. If the job is successful or failed the users receive email notifications, if the job is completed with exceptions, which most jobs are, the email notifications do not work. Anyone else with a similar problem or maybe even a fix or workaround?
