BTS2004 & Visual Studio 2005

I found a Microsoft article dated May 2004 stating that BTS2004 may not work with any version of the .NET framework later than 1.1

We are planning to use Visual Studio 2005 (with version 2.0 of the framework) for development - has anyone done this or are there likely to be problems?
