i have btrieve 5.0 with .dat files and front end is mf cobol 1.2 ,and it was connected through ipx /spx ,but inow am going for ip connectivity with netware 5.x as os .while am running brequest and facing a problem ,b'cause it supports ipx /spx only moreover btrieve is not available in not available fron 5.1 onwards for novell netware.however novell is offering pervessive sql instead of btrieve and it is seperate product.how to connect or converting forn our lower version to the latest pervessive sql

btrieve ipx problem

Pervasive.SQL 2000i is actually a full Btrieve 7.90 engine so it will do everything you need done and it will fully support TCP/IP. You can try to download the SDK or even the full NetWare engine which comes as a 30 day 20 user evaluation copy. I hope this helps.
