Btrieve installation diskette file needed!

Our company had an old PC with Btrieve v6.15 Workstation Engine (Win NT/Win 95 - Single Seat). We've replaced that PC, but while installing the engine on the new PC, we discovered that one of the files on our installation diskettes has become corrupted. Pervasive is unable to provide us with a replacement, since the product is so old.
Does anybody have this installation diskette "handy" -- if so, would you please send this one file to me?
