Hello, My companys accounting package uses a btrieve dbase and I'm try to integrate it with UPS Worldship which prefers Access. Tried linked tables, but it doesn't like that. Any Ideas????

Thanks

Have you tried a simple pass-through query?

If you have Access > 2.0, you'll need ODBC drivers.
Access 2.0 does support btrieve (very well, we currently use it at our facility) directly up to version 6.15 using dlls.

I work for UPS Technology Support Group and we are facing a similar problem at one of our shippers. They apparently have a Peachtree database system that they would like to link WorldShip to. WorldShip uses Windows' standard ODBC drivers to do this. I do not know what ODBC driver is needed to connect to a Peachtree system. Any advice would be very helpful.

Thanks, chi2jjk

Peachtree uses btrieve v6.15x, you should be able to connect to it with Pervasive's ODBC drivers. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

I believe the ODBC drivers are available for download. Otherwise you will have to buy Pervasive. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
