Btrieve Error 91 / btrieve not loaded on workstation

Yesterday everything worked great. No changes that I am aware of.

Btrieve v6.15 Netware
Novell Netware v5.1
Application works for all other workstations except for 1, running windows 98. Application is DOS based.

Deleted shortcut to the server app, the Error 91 went away and was replaced with error btrieve not loaded.
