Btrieve error 3111

I am getting some errors 3111 on version 8.6 where the user cannot access the db. if you look on the server the pervasive services are running we have been re-booting the server and everything is ok. Does anyone have a clue what may cause this.

The 3111 means "Failure during send to the target server". What's in the PVSW.LOG on both the client getting the 3111 and the server?
When you get the 3111, do other Btrieve applications (Function Executor, PCC, etc) work or do they get an error too?
