A client is getting btrieve status 20 - Record manager inactive. This is happening when they try to run a crystal report.
On the same workstation, with a different NT login and password, the reports execute just fine with no errors.
Any ideas what the problem is? Software Support for Sage Mas90, Macola, Crystal Reports, Goldmine and MS Office
