Btrieve API with vb

Hello,

i have an applikation that uses btrieve (pervasive) and i want to get data from there.

I have 2 files for example S_RSTG30.DAT and S_RSTG30.KEY. How can i get the data with vb? There is an other file witch named se_c20fi.dtk. In this file are the configuration of the application are saved. How can i get this data?

I can send the files per email for example

It says PSQL 2000 but the Btrieve API part should apply to almost any version of Btrieve.

What is your goal. If you are trying to extract the data you could use the API to write a program to extract it or you could build the DDF files and use ODBC or other methods to extract the data.
