Btrieve(22) Error with Crystal Reports 8

My co-workers is trying to get an answer for this. Apparently the transfer rate for the database transer is greater then the buffer length.

Is there any way to fix this? I'm not very tech savy.

I've seen soloutions that involve index dff wizards, but I haven't been able to find them.

Your help is greatly appreciated. :D
