Does anyone know how to program a hotline on a BT ITS dealing system.

Is this "hotline" for turret to turret communication? For instance, does a receptionist need to place a quick intercom call to a broker/trader?

Or is it Turret to PBX phone?

Or is this more in reference to a direct line? for use between a trader/broker at your site to a broker/trader at another site?

Hi,

I got the problem solved.

I programmed the trunk as PSTN as Private Wire.

It is a Hotline between two external BT ITS systems.

Thanx anyway.
