Hi I have someone with BT feature line they have three direct dials going to extensions 2021/2022/2023 however direct dial number 2023 has two extensions running off it. Ext 23 & 24. How is the second extension (24) terminated? Is it a case that it is daisy chained? Many thanks in advance

Are these analog or digital. If analog, daisy chained. If digigital, it's a mulriple line appearance.
