BST: I CAN'T WRITE PASSWORD (CONSOLE or TELNET)

Hello:
I have a stack of bst 470. When i connect by telnet or console and i start to write the password the bst clear me the characters, only i can entry when i write the password suficiently quick (copy-paste). I have no problems with DM, and it occurs me in several pc's (hyperterminal, cmd)
Can someone help me?

What's your Hyperterm config ?
I use Hyperterm PE version. 9600,8,N,1,x-on/off. VT-100 terminal emulation,windows keys.
