I am experiencing a problem with a BST Doorphone on a BCM450. I have verified all of the neccesary programming and all appears to be okay. I have it programmed for BOTH.
What is happening is that it will ring the set (I do not pick it up in order to see if it will page) and the result is:
1. It will ring the set and doesn't page
2. I am unable to call it back.
3. It appears to be locked up
I tested this same doorphone on a BCM50 at the office with the same settings and all worked fine.
It is a new BST doorphone.
BCM 450 Rel 5
Current patch BCM450.R500 SU. SYS 004.201004-1
