BSR222 VPN connection to FortiGate

I'm having trouble connecting a BSR222 to a FortiGate. On the BSR I have a dynamic public IP so I configured a DYNDNS for that account.

But when I try to configure the vpn all I can see in the logs is "IKE packet retransmit"

Can anyone help me out.
