BSR222 to BCM VPN set up

I need to set up some IP sets at a remote site. They will connect via a VPN to a BCM50e 3.0 at the main site. The BCM has a public address but the BSR 222 at the remote has dynamic. Can I set up the the BSR as a Client to initiate a session and the BCM as a branch office to terminate the connection? I will need split tunneling at the remote and port forwarding at the BCM to allow external access to the web server. Any help or tips will be greatly appreciated.

The setup apparently completes phase one but then I am logging a message " Rule {Remote site} Phase 2 key length mismatch Then a message "No proposal chosen" and the negotiation restarts. Any ideas?
