We are trying to use BSR between two call centers. The local switch is a G3 V15 and the far switch is G3 V13. I believe to have the primary, status, and interflow vectors set up correctly on both sides.
We are using a h.323 trunk between the centers. The error we are getting is event error 251 call is not incoming isdn. In the call vectoring guide it mentions IP trunks can be set up to emulate ISDN PRI. On the h.323 trunk the group type is set to isdn. I could not find information if more was needed to emulate ISDN PRI.
I would appreciate if anyone would be able to help. I can post the vectors, the trunk group, and signaling group.
